Designed by Hayhurst & Co architects, the project has remodelled and expanded Whitehorse Manor Junior and Infant Schools to create an inspiring academy, which has now been recognised with a Civic Trust Award 2015. The innovative design brings together a fragmented site with a series of extensions to provide new teaching spaces. Technal’s curtain walling and window systems were used throughout this complex project which required some challenging geometry to meet the design specification.
