Pivot House

DESCRIPTION  Pivot house was Inspired by the clarity of direction throughout the process of design and construction of the house. From the start, the owners were decisive in their needs for their abode - a home for a family of four which includes two adults and two children in their teens. Comfort and practical needs shape their design brief from the start to the final implementation and completion of the project. Kevin Shiya Kevin Shiya CONCEPT Facing a north-westerly aspect, one of the main concerns was the harsh western sun on the front of the house. Lagoa Santo Andre

Lagoa de Santo André by Studio 3A is a project born from complexity — a negotiation between nature, memory, and the strict constraints of regulatory oversight. Valentin Surdilla From the outset, the project faced an intricate web of building restrictions imposed by multiple public entities, making every step of the process demanding. Yet these constraints only deepened the studio’s commitment to creating architecture rooted in place — modest, enduring, and quietly powerful. Valentin Surdilla The new bui... Más
