DELTABEAM® used in conjunction with wooden slabs combines different elements to provide several advantages: Resiliency through concrete, steel for speed and flexibility as well as wood for its aesthetic and sustainable attributes. This composite wooden system allows for a slim floor with a uniform thickness starting at 200 mm providing either a reduction in overall height or to maximize the number of floors for all types of buildings. Fast construction, spans of up to 9m, great looking soffit and integrated fire resistance of up to 2 hours are other advantages made possible. DELTABEAM® is the 1st UL fire-rated exposed steel beam to offer 1,2,3 or 4-hour fire ratings with no additional fire proofing required.
