GRIP Metal™ is fabricated from thin gauge sheet metal (Up top 18" in width currently, custom sheet sizes can be attained contact us for more details) that have passed through the patented GRIP Tooling process. This process extrudes hooks directly from the metal sheet surface.
GRIP Metal™ can be configured with hooks on a single side, with a machined, smooth back face or with GRIP hooks on both faces of the sheet. depending on application purpose.
GRIP hooks can be engineered in nano, micro, mini, standard and heavy duty configurations each with its own properties and specific application advantages. GRIP hook patterns also differ with each configuration coming in lifted, barb and over-bend patterns. Each pattern adds a different property to its application. Watch the video to gain more insight.
