The restaurant project, located in the center of Polignano right in front of the sea, resulted in a restyling intervention, aimed at giving the restaurant a new look. The location, in fact, has been completely renovated and made warm, welcoming and material, aiming to tell the story of our territory, starting from the local stone and the color of the terracotta.

The concept from which the project was born therefore refers to our land, Puglia, maintaining constant references to its colours, flavors and materials, thus allowing customers to fully enjoy a typically Apulian experience. The stone, warm and imposing, completely envelops the restaurant room, giving it a new appearance and enhancing its natural materiality and plasticity.

The wood of the tables, chairs and beams on the ceiling, however, metaphorically narrates the spaces, giving a pleasant sensation of welcome, warmth and protection. The sage of the wooden chairs and furnishing accessories, together with the olive trees placed in strategic points of the restaurant, tell the story of our countryside, giving pleasant sensations of well-being and tranquility.

The tone-on-tone terracotta plates with the walls of the room on which they are perfectly positioned also evoke ancestral suggestions. The intent was to favor a clear and evident return to the natural in the design choices, synonymous with essentiality and refined simplicity, while maintaining an eye on innovation.
