The project for the new executive offices of Toffaletti Costruzioni Generali born from the desire to tell the story of the company’s great rise through the distinctive features of their business activities. The concept of the project takes its cue from the construction shack that, in the history of shipbuilding, has undergone significant changes. The transformation of the first improvised shacks, protecting workers, into the current insulated and air-conditioned structures, generated in us the desire to decline those galvanized sheet metal structures in design terms.

The access to the executive offices is lined as if entering a shack, but the office development was then realized with modern glass and aluminum structures that make the spaces open and bright, but at the same time private due to their high soundproofing. The company has espoused a more impactful profile in the most iconic office areas, but it also managed more relaxing and comfortable spaces in terms of lighting and acoustic comfort, managed by the dedicated floor lamps for tables and acoustic ceiling with the purpose of muffling noise in the work space.

The meeting room represents a combination of material elements ranging from sheet metal, as a containment element of the monitor, to the wall toward the street, which represents the materiality of the construction world told through a drabness that leaves the raw nature of the wall in evidence.
